Bleu Bleuet started out life as a handkerchief store in 1986.
What started out as a small store selling a wide-variety of handkerchiefs has grown to become a lifestyle store selling products from clothes to stationery to food stuffs.
As you can attain from our name, our stores were influenced by the French lifestyle, and popular lifestyle magazines.
Drawing inspiration from the French lifestyle stores and Parisian markets, our stores started to reflect this.
In 2014, we started selling our products online through our Online Store, and in 2015, we opened Détour à Bleuet in Jingumae, close to Harajuku. (Relocated to Shimokitazawa in 2019.)
This store has a slightly different concept, and sells products found by our overseas' staff, complete with a café and a variety of items.
Currently, we have over 150 stores around the country, and continue to grow and expand.
Bleu Bleuet is named after the French bluebottle flower.
Our aim is to provide a store you can stop by easily, and enjoy browsing the different seasonal items on offer.
We hope to bring a little smile to your day.
Adopting lifestyle as a theme, our line-up of products are simple yet have a sense of fun about them.
Our aim is to add a little taste to your everyday life.
We want you to imagine our store like a stroll through the marché of Paris.
A store that focuses on foodstuff, fashion accessories, and interior goods was the concept for our brand 'Détour à Bleuet', combining a general store with cafe.
A new style for Bleu Bleuet, and a favorite store for you to stop by.
